Rules and Regulations
- Security and Housekeeping:
- You are responsible for providing adequate security for the event.
- Beach access is not permitted for safety reasons.
- If you require security or housekeeping staff from us, charges start at ₹1,300 per staff member.
- Lawful Events and Permissions:
- All events must comply with applicable laws, and necessary permissions must be obtained from your side.
- Events are permitted only until 10 PM and must not exceed this time limit.
- Fireworks:
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited to protect the natural flora and fauna.
- Parking:
- Parking is allowed only in designated spots. You are responsible for valet arrangements
- Banners:
- Event promotional materials can be displayed only at select locations, with management consent and approved sizes.
- Permanent Structures:
- No setups causing permanent damage to the venue are allowed. Permanent fixtures cannot be installed.
- Electricity and Water:
- 12 hours of electricity for grinder/mixer + 2 lights and 3 lines of water for washing is chargeable at ₹7,500.
- Any additional electricity usage is the responsibility of the guest.
- Smoking:
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated zone at the back.
- Speakers:
- Speakers must be angled away from the venue to minimize noise disturbance.
