Rules and Regulations

  • 1. Booking & Timing
  • Shoots must be booked in advance with full payment or a booking deposit.
  • Overtime beyond the agreed slot will be charged per hour.
  • Setup and pack-up must be completed within the booked time slot..
  • 2. Respect for the Space
  • This is a working farm and family space — please treat it with care.
  • No littering; dispose of trash in designated bins or take it with you.
  • Do not pluck plants, fruits, or flowers unless permitted.
  • Any damage to property, trees, or structures will be chargeable.
  • 3. Crew & Equipment
  • Inform us in advance about your crew size and equipment (drones, lights, etc.).
  • Drones require prior approval and must follow safety norms.
  • Keep noise levels low to maintain the serenity of the space.
  • 4. Animals & Wildlife
  • Do not disturb the animals on the farm.
  • Avoid restricted or private zones marked off-limits.
  • 5. Use of Facilities
  • Access to 2 washrooms and 2 bedrooms for changing/resting.
  • Keep all facilities clean and tidy after use.
  • 6. Food & Beverages
  • Outside food is allowed; please clean up after.
  • Farm-fresh refreshments or meals can be arranged with advance notice.
  • 7. Prohibited Activities
  • No smoking or alcohol on the premises.
  • No open flames, fireworks, or flammable items.
  • No overnight stays.
  • 8. Liability
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment.
  • Please be mindful of natural terrain, insects, and farm animals.
