Rules and Regulations

  • Our package includes set up and tear down time. Our staff will notify 15 minutes before your time slot ends to help us prepare better for the next time slot.
  • The renter/person responsible for the booking is required to wipe down surfaces and clean the floor prior to departure to avoid additional fees.
  • Permanent marks left on the furniture, walls, or floors will be subject to professional cleaning fees/services. We have provided bins in various workstations to help you keep the workspace clean.
  • In the event of damages in the studio (furniture, props & equipment), the damage repair cost will be applied as per actuals.
  • During inclement weather, no outdoor shoes are permitted. Please bring a pair of indoor shoes for your own comfort. There will be a shoe and coat rack to place your belongings. Shoe covers will be provided upon request.
  • The studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries at the studio.
  • Your rental gives you access to our studios but not to the rest of the building. Please keep your group contained to the studio space and don’t bring our equipment outside.
  • We strictly do not allow the use of the mezzanine floor, lounge area, pantry area, and powder room for any kind of content shoot.
  • The lounge area and pantry area furniture are not props and cannot be used for any content shoot.
  • Dining in the lounge area is strictly not allowed. Our staff will provide your team with chairs for a comfortable and clean experience.
  • Painting and paint labour charges are applicable for all props.
  • We provide one floor manager for assistance.
  • Light assistants and set assistants are not included and would require prior booking.
  • INR 2,000/hour will be applied for the use of studio space after 9 PM.
  • Maintenance fee applicable if infinity cove is used for automotive shoots.
  • Half-day charges applicable for set design work before or after the day of the booking.
